Professional Experiences

GDP Labs

Software Development Engineer Intern

  • Developing an AI-powered SRE and DevOps assistant within GDP Labs’ internal ecosystem, enabling developers and DevSecOps engineers to investigate incidents, analyze infrastructure issues, summarize technical discussions, generate post-mortems, and automate operational workflows through natural-language commands.
  • Integrating the agent with the DevSecOps team’s infrastructure and observability ecosystem, including Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, GitHub, Google Cloud Build, Sentry, and other internal services, enabling it to inspect live logs, metrics, deployment events, CI/CD pipelines, and source code during incident analysis.
  • Building agentic workflows for root-cause analysis and automated incident response, supported by an Elasticsearch-based RAG system that continuously indexes resolved incidents, past investigations and post-mortems, retrieves similar historical cases, and helps the assistant improve future investigations using validated operational knowledge.
  • Architecting and deploying the platform on GCP and Kubernetes with read-only infrastructure access, security guardrails, resilient asynchronous processing, failure isolation, and automated validation for reliable production-oriented operations.

  • Developing and maintaining Tutor Class, one of RISTEK Fasilkom UI’s internal products.
  • Manage ongoing updates and improvements for RISTEK Services Website.

Autonomous Marine Vehicle UI

  • Developed software components for autonomous robot systems.
  • Conducted research on algorithms and features applicable to autonomous navigation.

Expert Staff of Software Engineering Academy

  • Searched and approached potential mentors, speakers, and judges for the academy and served as liaison officer.
  • Designed SEAPEDIA, a seven-level full-stack selection challenge covering e-commerce workflows, authentication, payments, delivery, administration, and security.
  • Authored technical interview challenges and a High-Demand Ticketing Platform final project case study focused on concurrency, consistency, payment flows, queues, refunds, and QR check-in.

Staff of Software Engineering Academy

  • Searched and approached potential mentors, speakers, and judges for the academy and served as liaison officer.
  • Graded tasks from 10+ SE Academy candidates’ full-stack apps across various tech stacks.
  • Conducted interviews with candidates who passed the task selection process.
